IMPORTANT! Please read the following Booking Conditions carefully.

Introduction

Upon booking a transfer, you will receive an email confirmation with your Transfer Voucher. This marks the confirmation of your booking. The booking date is the one displayed on the confirmation email. All bookings are subject to the conditions listed on this page.

Once your booking is confirmed, the selected transfer provider becomes responsible for delivering the requested services. Please review your Transfer Voucher carefully to ensure all details are correct.

For group bookings, the lead passenger ("Lead Passenger") is responsible for payments and communications for all party members. The Lead Passenger must ensure all travelers are informed of relevant details.

Oversized or extra luggage may incur additional charges or require specialized vehicles. Please notify us in the special request field when booking.

Note on Shuttle Transfers: Duration may vary depending on the number of stops en route to your accommodation.

Paying for Your Booking

We accept two payment options:

  • Pay on Arrival: Full payment is made in cash upon arrival at your destination. Accepted currencies include British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), or local currency (subject to exchange rates).

Amendments & Cancellations

You may cancel your booking at any time via our customer service form or by emailing: info@privatetransfers.com.

Holiday Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. It should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and repatriation costs in case of accident or illness.

Our Responsibility to You

PrivateTransfers.com acts solely as a booking agent. We are not liable for the transfer service itself. Liability claims related to injury, illness, or loss must be made directly against the local transfer provider, in accordance with local laws.

Indemnity

By booking, you agree to behave responsibly during your transfer. The provider may cancel your booking at any time due to misconduct. You are liable for any damage caused during the journey and must reimburse costs incurred. We may claim reasonable legal expenses against such actions.
