For reservations made within 12 hours of the transfer time, please contact our customer service. (Such last-minute bookings are usually accepted.)
Q: Will my transfer take me directly to my hotel or private villa?
A: Yes, all our transfers are door-to-door. Your driver will drop you off at the exact address you provide in your reservation form.
Q: Will there be other passengers in the transfer vehicle?
A: No, Privatetransfers.com only offers private transfers. The vehicle you book is reserved exclusively for you and your group.
Q: How can I contact Privatetransfers.com?
A: You can reach us via phone or email. All details are available on our Contact page. Our customer service team is available 24/7, 365 days a year. In urgent cases, please call the numbers listed to receive immediate assistance.
Q: What is the luggage allowance?
A: Luggage limits depend on the type of vehicle booked. Standard taxis (4 seats) allow for 4 suitcases or small bags plus hand luggage. Minivans (8 seats) offer double the capacity. If you’re unsure, we recommend selecting a larger vehicle for a more comfortable ride.
Q: We’re traveling with children — can you provide child seats?
A: Yes, we can. Please indicate the number of child seats needed during Step 1 of the booking process. In rare cases (e.g., last-minute vehicle changes), child seats may not be available.
Q: My company requires an invoice. Can you provide one?
A: Yes, we can issue an invoice upon request. After completing your reservation, please contact our support team to request your invoice.
Q: I haven’t received my confirmation email or voucher. What should I do?
A: Please check your spam/junk folder as confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered there. If you still can’t find the email, contact our customer service team. You can also use the “My Booking” section on our website by entering your email and reservation code.

Q: Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
A: After completing your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with 24/7 support details, contact numbers, and meeting point information. In most airports, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals gate holding a sign with your name.
Q: What if I can’t find my driver at the airport?
A: If you cannot locate your driver, please call the contact numbers listed on your confirmation voucher. Our 24/7 support team will assist you immediately.
Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?
A: All flights are monitored for delays. Our team stays updated, and your driver will be informed to ensure they are waiting for you at the right time.
Q: My flight time changed. Can I reschedule my transfer?
A: Yes, we can usually reschedule your transfer without any issues. If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund your full transfer fee. Please contact customer support for assistance.
Q: My flight was canceled, and I no longer need the transfer. Can I cancel?
A: Yes, you can cancel your transfer in case of a flight cancellation.
Q: The number of people in my group has changed. Can I request a different vehicle?
A: Yes, you can request a different vehicle. Please contact our customer service team, and they will assist you accordingly.
