Before Booking Your Transfer
When should I book my private airport transfer?
We recommend booking your private airport transfer as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons. Online bookings are accepted up to 24 hours before travel. For last-minute requests (under 12 hours), please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.
Is this a private transfer or a shared shuttle?
All our services are 100% private transfers. You will travel only with your own party. We do not offer shared shuttle services.
Is the service door-to-door?
Yes. All private transfers are direct and door-to-door, from the airport to your hotel, villa or private address, with no additional stops.
How can I contact you before booking?
You can contact us anytime via WhatsApp or email. Our support team is available to answer questions before and after booking.
What is the luggage allowance?
Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle type. Standard vehicles usually accommodate up to 4 suitcases, while minivans and minibuses offer additional space. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing a larger vehicle.
Do you provide child or baby seats?
Yes. Child and baby seats are available upon request. Please specify your requirements during booking to ensure availability.
Can you issue an invoice?
Yes. An invoice can be issued upon request after your booking is completed.
How do I pay for my transfer?
Payment is made using the Pay on Arrival option. You pay the driver upon arrival at your destination. Accepted currencies may include GBP, USD,EUR or local currency, depending on availability.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You may cancel or amend your booking by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. We recommend notifying us as early as possible if your travel plans change.
At the Airport
Where will I meet my driver?
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, usually holding a sign with your name. Full pickup instructions are provided after booking.
What if I cannot find my driver?
Please contact the emergency phone number listed on your booking confirmation. Our team will assist you immediately.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrivals in real time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be adjusted automatically at no extra cost.
Can I change pickup details after booking?
Yes. If your pickup time, flight number or destination changes, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your booking.
What if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled, please inform us immediately. We will assist with rescheduling or cancellation options.
My group size has changed. Can I change the vehicle?
Yes. Contact us and we will arrange a suitable vehicle based on your updated group size.
After Your Transfer
I forgot an item in the vehicle. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. While recovery cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to assist.
