Cancellation Policy

BUYER INFORMATION

BUYER refers to the person who registers as a customer on the website http://www.privatetransfers.com. The address and contact details provided during registration are considered valid. It is the sole responsibility of the BUYER to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Any consequences resulting from incorrect or misleading information, or from any changes made to this information—whether authorized or unauthorized by others—are the responsibility of the BUYER. Each member is responsible for the security of their own membership access. All terms outlined in the "www.privatetransfers.com Terms of Use Agreement" must be read carefully and adhered to.

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the service up to twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled service time. To exercise this right, notification must be made to www.privatetransfers.com by fax, email, or phone within this time frame. Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, www.privatetransfers.com will refund the service fee to the BUYER within ten (10) days.

The BUYER also has the right to change or postpone the service's start and end location and time up to six (6) hours prior to the scheduled service. Notification of such changes must be made by phone or through the live support team within this period. Postponements can be made for up to a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days.

An invoice for the service will be issued only if the service is carried out. The invoice will be delivered according to the option chosen by the BUYER from among those offered.

In cases where invoiced services are canceled or disrupted due to reasons attributable to the BUYER, VAT and any other applicable legal charges cannot be refunded. If the cancellation or disruption is due to www.privatetransfers.com, the full amount will be refunded to the BUYER.

Additionally, for services that are customized based on the consumer’s specific requests or requirements, or modified to become personal, as well as for campaign or promotional offers, the service cannot be canceled and the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal. However, the service may be postponed in accordance with the change policies, to be used within thirty (30) calendar days.

In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts in the location of www.privatetransfers.com's headquarters, shall have jurisdiction.

By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
