2. Service Responsibility

3. Group Bookings

For group bookings, one passenger will be designated as the Lead Passenger. The Lead Passenger is responsible for:

  • Managing payments for all passengers
  • Communicating booking details to the entire group
  • Ensuring all travelers comply with these Terms & Conditions

4. Luggage Policy

Each vehicle has a maximum luggage capacity based on passenger numbers.

Oversized items such as golf bags, bicycles, surfboards, strollers, or excess luggage may require a larger or specialized vehicle and could incur additional charges.

Please inform us of any special luggage requirements in the special requests section at the time of booking.

5. Shuttle Transfers (If Applicable)

For shared shuttle services, journey duration may vary depending on traffic conditions and the number of drop-off stops along the route.

Private transfers are direct and do not include additional stops unless specifically requested.

6. Payment Options

We currently offer the following payment method:

  • Pay on Arrival: Full payment is made in cash upon arrival at your destination.

Accepted currencies may include British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), or local currency, subject to daily exchange rates.

8. Travel Insurance

10. Passenger Conduct & Indemnity

Passengers are expected to behave responsibly during their transfer.

The transfer provider reserves the right to terminate the service without refund in cases of misconduct, unsafe behavior, or damage to the vehicle.

The customer agrees to indemnify PrivateTransfers.com and the transfer provider against any costs, damages, or legal expenses resulting from such actions.
